We were going to sell our home by ourselves and it turned out to be a huge headache so we decided to find a realtor. We seen Anissa's board in another mobile home park and figured we would give her a try. Anissa came to our home and told us we were asking to little for the area and we said you know best just sell our home.
The next day she had someone come look at it and they were the people who ended up buying it. We ended up with double what we were asking and Anissa did everything to make the process smooth for us. If we ever sell again we would use her.

Anissa is professional, detail oriented, a great listener, proactive and nightly responsive to questions and always with a quick turnaround on all aspects of finding suitable properties, submitting offers, addendums etc. no matter what day or time of day it was.
